Odean was very friendly and informative when he came to look at our AC unit. One of the best technicians that we have ever had. He was able to correct the issue and had us up and running again in an hour. The bill was within reason. We will definitely use Ideal Air again for our HVAC needs in the future. We put in a service request through the HomeAdvisor website and I was impressed how quickly they connected us with providers. They found Ideal for us so kudos for that.

Dave was patient and friendly. Let me tag along and ask questions because I wanted to know more about how to maintain the central air unit. I originally thought the issue was the fan but Dave's experience had him believing it was the capacitor on the exchanger. Saved me 300 dollars by going that route first and diagnosing the problem properly

Added perk they utilize technology very well. Booked online and received text and email updates for the appointment and when they would arrive. Odean and his men were life savers. My AC had been down for 3 weeks while waiting on my contractors subs. Couldn't wait any longer and got Odean's name from a friend. He can right out - quoted the job - ordered the parts and installed all within 4 days! They do quality work at fair prices!

I booked an emergency appointment when the installer wouldn't come out because it was a holiday weekend. Odean himself came out and performed the service of finishing a job that should've been done as part of a new system install. He knew exactly what the problems were and proceeded to preform the repairs. The booking system and communication is refreshing knowing exactly when they're going to get there. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again

Great service! Odean was on time and checked our A/C as we thought there was an issue. Turns out everything was OK after he reviewed outdoors and indoors. Didn't even charge for the visit. We will definitely use Ideal HVAC in the future!

Odean has been a life saver for us! He fixed our heating system when other HVAC companies failed. He also came out on an urgent house visit two days before Christmas at 10pm when our heat wasn't working. His prices are reasonable. He is honest, reliable, and knows his way around HVAC systems!!

Arrived on time, replaced my boiler emydialy. Service was excellent and i was very pleased with the work, saved me alot of money. I would definitely recommend him 100%

Excellent, fast, professional service. I called when my gas furnace suddenly went out during a snow storm. They were willing to come out on the spot for a very reasonable price. The boiler ended up coming back on, but I set up an appointment with them for the following day. The technician arrived even earlier than anticipated and was very courteous. I don't have much experience with furnaces, so he took me step-by-step through how the furnace should work as he checked every part. In the end, he ended up doing a regular maintenance and replacing a part, all for a couple hundred dollars. He even didn't charge me any extra for the evaluation and gave me a discount on the part that he replaced. I was very happy with the service and the professional demeanor of the technician and would recommend Ideal Air to my friends and family.

The technicians were available later in the afternoon which was perfect because with other places you usually have to wait until the next day. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issues and worked efficiently. Definitely recommending them to neighbors and anyone in need of help.

They were excellent and I highly recommend them. Our furnace stopped working on New Year's Day - and they came that morning and fixed everything quickly and explained what they were doing. They're very honest and fast.

It is very difficult to find experienced and honest technicians nowadays. Odean and his coworker were plesssnt exception. Experience, knowledge along with kindness and excellent interpersonal communications skills make them unchangeable if you need help with your heating problems.

This guy is amazing. I was given 4 estimates by other HVAC companies all very high and with out explanations. Mr Ideal came in showed me everything and explained it all for a fraction of the price. Other thing is was polite and educated not like the angry smelly guy who came before him and kept telling me it is what it is. I hate when people say that. I was going to go out the way to write bad reviews fr the others in the Natick Area but decided to give this man a good review for being a good worker and also to be so fast and efficient. Thank you
